Classical music: Looking for some new recordings to listen to? NPR’s “Deceptive Cadence” blog has some excellent suggestions. | August 24, 2012

The fall concert season is about to start soon.

But there is still some time to fit in listening to some noteworthy new releases.

NPR’s ‘Deceptive Cadence” blog recently featured a nice selection that ranged from solo piano to an orchestral reconstruction (below) to new choral music.
